We are proud to announce that 100% of our employees have successfully completed the first training programme on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics, reaffirming our company's concrete commitment to an ethical, responsible, and sustainable development model. Throughout the course, we highlighted the role that every business must play in addressing today’s most pressing global challenges: climate change, resource scarcity, biodiversity loss, social inequality, socio-political instability, and cyber threats. These are complex issues that demand informed, collective action. As risk managers by nature, insurance companies are at the forefront of understanding the economic, social, and environmental impact of ongoing change. In this evolving landscape, the role of brokers is increasingly crucial: we serve as the vital link between insurers and clients, who are seeking reliable solutions, expert advice aligned with emerging technologies, and continuous support in a context of growing uncertainty.
